Cloud Security
With the Skydera platform you’re able to create a hierarchical usability matrix to manage access credentials, users and contractors. Creating department and defining roles will enable your company fine grained controls over how your users access and manipulate your cloud infrastructure.
Departments
Grouping users and securely sharing access credentials have never been easier
User Roles
Define exactly what your users can do within your system.
Departments are logical containers,
used to group users and assign access to credentials for a set of users. This is very useful and powerful tool your company can use for tracking usage and cost of your infrastructure. With departments you can assign one set of access credentials for one cloud to ten users, without giving the access credentials directly to all ten users. It is very powerful when providing temporary access to contractors or temp employees. You’re able to provide limited access with complete control over usage.
User roles are fine grained controls over what your users are able to do,
within your cloud infrastructure. With user roles you’re able to define such thing as if a user is able to start/stop/reboot servers, access servers over SSH, see other servers from users within your organization, and download SSH keys for use within tools such as PUTTY. All the power you would expect from an enterprise tool is at your fingertips.
